This small vial contains a fine, luminescent powder that glows faintly in the dark. When sprinkled or thrown into the air, the powder creates a magical light, much like the Light cantrip. The light emitted from the powder lasts for 1 hour or until it is dispelled.

Activation: To activate the powder, scatter or sprinkle  it onto a surface or object that isn’t being worn or carried by someone else. Upon activation, the powder emits bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet. The light lasts for 1 hour or until dispelled. Covering the object with something opaque (such as cloth or a lid) will block the light. If used in combat, the powder can be thrown as a bonus action, causing it to burst into radiant light upon contact with a surface.
